Multiscale, multiplexed brain imaging at MIT
A suite of three innovations by an MIT-based team enables high-resolution, high-throughput imaging of human brain tissue at a full range of scales and mapping connectivity of neurons at single cell resolution. The researchers led by Associate Professor Kwanghun Chung demonstrate the system by comparing a select brain region from two donors: one with Alzheimer’s and a non-Alzheimer’s control.
